Seeking a Senior Product Manager with solid expertise in Risk Adjustment (preferred) and medical chart retrieval (digital and paper - good to have). The role leads a Product Management team and partners with Operations (retrieval business), engineering, and product teams in India and the US. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, driving execution, and delivering outcomes for enterprise-scale medical chart retrieval platforms used across multiple delivery centers.

  • Product Strategy & Leadership
    • Own product vision, multi year roadmap, and investment planning
    • Translate regulatory updates, business priorities, and operational insights into product strategy
    • Lead and mentor Product Managers; drive execution consistency and team development
    • Champion chart retrieval workflows and user needs across India delivery sites
  • Stakeholder & Cross Functional Management
    • Align product priorities with senior chart retrieval leadership in US & India
    • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and operations for integrated delivery
    • Ensure transparent communication, dependency management, and expectation-setting
    • Influence decisions using product metrics and operational data
  • Product Development & Delivery
    • Lead end to end product lifecycle: discovery - delivery - adoption
    • Ensure timely, quality engineering releases and structured backlog prioritization
    • Drive user adoption, satisfaction, and measurable operational outcomes
    • Support change management, training, and rollout readiness
  • Domain, Compliance & Portfolio Governance
    • Apply working knowledge of chart retrieval workflows
    • Stay current on CMS guidelines, payer policies, compliance updates, and audit needs
    • Lead product portfolio governance, cross product alignment, and dependency management
    • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives impacting chart retrieval operations
    • Apply chart retrieval and payer methodology expertise to product decisions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years in Product Management
  • Deep understanding of US healthcare, and large scale medical chart retrieval operations
  • Proven track record building and scaling enterprise healthcare or workflow platforms
  • Proven solid leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on medical chart retrieval business knowledge
  • Experience supporting distributed global chart retrieval teams
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based chart retrieval automation solutions
  • Proficiency with Agile practices and tools (Jira, ADO, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural teams
