Optum is seeking a Senior Manager - Integration Delivery Coordinator Team to join and lead a highly visible and dynamic organization responsible for the forecasting, fulfillment and delivery of Optum standard end-point devices for Strategic Integrations throughout UnitedHealth Group.

As a Leader of this organization, you will manage the device lifecycle for acquired entities, minimizing business disruption and ensuring the company is both maximizing the value of acquisition through integration and mitigating security risk and compliance in legacy infrastructure.

In this role, you will partner with Leaders and Architects across the Strategic Integration Organization and Care Entities to clarify and confirm end point device requirements and schedules. You will lead device fulfillment across a pipeline of multiple integrations touching many geographic locations staffed by a team of highly experienced Integration Delivery Coordinators.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the overall leader for device fulfillment and migration from Enterprise Technology Infrastructure, Platforms and Services (ETIPS) for all in flight integration engagements
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to overall ETIPS communications and device fullfilment coordination with both companies' IT teams and other non-IT integration teams
  • Drive the integrated device delivery plan with clear goals, operating mechanisms and regular updates to stakeholders
  • Key leader and stakeholder of Device Deployment Change Management Plan
  • Establish and enforce readiness gates and KPIs to ensure quality and predictable delivery.
  • Consult and advocate for industry standard ITAM principles and practices.
  • Provide guidance or direction to the Engagement management and Implementation Leads who are driving the day-to-day work
  • Maintain rapport and awareness of stakeholder needs
  • Manage overall IDC team delivery and resource prioritization
  • Ensure adherence to security, policy, and regulatory requirements throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Work effectively in a diverse and distributed organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
  • 7+ years of IT operations management experience in a fortune 500 company
  • C-Level presentation experience
  • Data collection and analytics experience
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with ITAM principles, tools, and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence opinion without direct managerial control
  • Proven attention to detail and a high level of efficiency
  • Proven highly motivated with proven success meeting commitments in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Proven strategic thinker
  • Proven customer focused and results driven
