As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead high-performing teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that improve the lives of millions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple development teams, acting as a hands-on software architect and delivery owner
  • Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Drive Agile best practices, CI/CD adoption, and engineering excellence across teams.

Partner with architecture groups to design reusable components, frameworks, and scalable systems
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on major initiatives and ensure timely, high-impact delivery
  • Troubleshoot production issues and guide teams through resolution and post-mortem analysis
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).   • Required Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional software projects
    • Proven track record managing managers and technical leads
    • Solid background in Java (Spring Boot), API development, and NoSQL databases
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
    • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and stakeholder management
    • Proven excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills
