The PDL Analytics team is responsible for the analytics output in support of the PDL (Prescription Drug List) process. This involves partnering with the business and strategy teams to define the analytics needs for individual initiatives and overall strategy for drug management. The team is US based and remote made up of Healthcare Economics analysts. Example projects include modelling impact of changing co-pay amount on specific drugs, and market sizing based on diagnoses.

The Senior Manager Data Analytics will lead a team of 7 analysts responsible for developing financial analytics that evaluate both new and existing drugs. These insights inform strategic initiatives-such as drug exclusions, step therapy, and tiering-that drive affordability and cost savings. Provide business and technical leadership to increase the impact of analytics, and to expand the insights delivered and opportunities identified to meet evolving business needs. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with various business and data analytics teams, have proven business analysis experience, and the ability to manage multiple competing business projects at one time.
