Primary Responsibilities:

  • Privileged Account Onboarding & Maintenance
    • Onboarding and maintaining privileged accounts within the PAM solution (e.g., Delinea Secret Server)
    • Support the implementation of PAM projects by assisting with environment setup, privileged account onboarding, integration activities, and testing
    • Perform routine checks to ensure accounts and credentials are functioning as expected
  • Session Management Support
    • Monitor PAM sessions to ensure availability and connectivity to target systems
    • Assist in enforcing basic security policies
    • Help maintain session recording configurations
  • User Activity Monitoring
    • Logging and audit review activities related to privileged account usage
    • Assist in preparing reports for security reviews and compliance requirements
  • Deployment & Configuration
    • Support the Installation and configuration tasks
    • Follow hardening checklists and security best practices during deployment
    • Help maintain components like Vault/Secret Server, connectors, and password managers
  • Troubleshooting
    • Perform troubleshooting of PAM Incidents
    • Support users by addressing access issues, login failures, and workflow errors
    • Monitor system health and proactively resolve alerts related to PAM components
  • Authentication & Directory Services Support
    • Integrating PAM with authentication systems (LDAP / AD / RADIUS / SAML)
    • AD account onboarding and access mapping activities
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with security and IT teams to support smooth PAM operations
    • Provide inputs to strengthen privileged access processes
  • Compliance with Policies
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate should be graduate
  • Working knowledge on one or more PAM products (Delinea, CyberArk, One Identity, Beyond Trust) (Delinea preferred)
  • Hands-on exposure to components such as Vault/Secret Server, password manager, session manager, HA, DR etc.
  • Understanding of Active Directory concepts and security groups
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML) is a plus
  • Good troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions, processes, and work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant PAM product certifications (Delinea Associate/Engineer, CyberArk Defender, Sentry, etc.)
  • Experience in PAM
