We are seeking an experienced Engineer / Developer to support infrastructure services related to data de-identification for claim-processing applications across non-production environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple teams, support the development of in-house data masking solutions, work across legacy and cloud ecosystems, and continuously drive automation and process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing initiatives to build and enhance in-house solutions for data de-identification
• Understand data workflows and interactions across applications running on both legacy systems and cloud platforms to ensure delivery of consistent masking solutions
• Collaborate with Developers, SMEs, Application/Product Owners, QAs, and Technical Leads to provide automated infrastructure services in UAT environments
• Fulfill service requests using structured methodologies and maintain required documentation
• Anticipate emerging customer needs and propose innovative solutions to meet them
• Identify and automate manual or repetitive tasks by driving continuous process improvement initiatives
• Contribute actively to automation projects and cross-functional collaboration

• B.Tech / MCA or equivalent academic background
• Hands-on experience with GoLang and Python (Python is an added advantage)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Experience working with claim-processing applications
• Basic knowledge of Unix
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proven solid development skills in Java and Spring Boot
• Proven basic SQL skills with exposure to distributed databases such as DB2 and Oracle
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proven active contribution to automation-related initiatives
