Primary Responsibilities:

• Write the complex SQL scripts for various business needs
• Analyze code, understand its purpose, and modify it to run successfully
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Assist the team with complex query tuning and code refinement
• Provide support for critical production systems
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience working with Production Support processes and teams
• Experience working with globally distributed teams to execute daily tasks
• Experience in Advanced SQL
• Demonstrated success working within a collaborative team environment
• Ability to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
