Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements specific to the US healthcare industry and claims processing
- Develop and maintain system specifications and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve healthcare business processes and claims management
- Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH
- Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Prepare and present reports on system performance and project status
- Utilize Rally for Agile project management and tracking
- Create process flow diagrams and documentation using Vision

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar role within the US healthcare industry
- Experience with healthcare information systems (e.g., EHR, EMR) and regulatory compliance
- Solid understanding of healthcare business processes, claims processing, and system analysis techniques
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, including Rally and Visio
- Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
