Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop ML models especially involving text (Structured/Unstructured) covering NLP, NLU, Semantic, Intent, Classification tasks involving text
• Develop GenAI models with focus in SLM and LLMs. Productization of GenAI, e.g. RAG, CoT
• Evaluate and Optimize ML models
• Translates concepts into working module
• Adherence to aggressive timeline
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• BTech/MTech/PhD in CS
• 4+ years of exposure in Deep learning model development
• 2+ years exposure in Generative AI and large language models tuning/development/customization
• Ability to code in Python language
• Team player
