Scrum Master - Agile Coach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
    Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling team self-organization
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog and clear sprint goals
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset, practices, and continuous improvement
  • Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) for transparency and predictability
  • Drive dependency management and cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Agile governance frameworks
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety within the team
  • Use tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for tracking and reporting
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to improve backlog refinement, sprint forecasting, and delivery optimization
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including at least 4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a scaled environment
  • Experience with agile planning tools (Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps) for backlog management and reporting
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or agile productivity tools (as an AI user, not developer)
  • Proven solid expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS); proven ability to coach teams and leaders
  • Proven excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to interpret Agile metrics and apply data-driven insights for continuous improvement
