Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing software requirement and capable in preparing test scenarios for complex business rules
  • Ability to configure and utilize AI to generate test scenarios/ cases, test data, automate the execution to optimize test coverage
  • Efficient in Test Execution (Front-end, Back-end, API, Database)
  • Automated test execution result report analysis and defect reporting skills
  • Should be efficient in participating in design and requirement reviews and should be capable in providing valuable inputs
  • Collaborate closely with other team members (Dev/ BA/ QA) to triage and resolve any issue
  • Should be capable in performing System, Integration, Regression, and Compatibility testing
  • Should be aware and capable in handling sensitive information like PHI, PII, and FTI
  • Should be aware and adhere to the HIPAA standard
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputed Institute
  • To have Programming skills, ISTQB or any other software testing certification
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and exposure of US Healthcare Industry
  • Knowledge of Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare, Qualified Health Plan; knowledge around Carrier, Provider, Payer
  • Exposure to automation testing and AI-driven test automation framework
  • Hands-on with SQL Developer, UNIX/ LINUX, Windows, Mac, Jira, ALM, SoapUI, Git, Python
  • Proven excellent communication, critical thinking skills and enthusiastic in performing his/her job
  • Should have knowledge of SQL and UNIX
