Primary Responsibilities:

• Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing test case documentation
• Applying Designing and Test Automation Strategy Document
• Creating an automation test plan and getting approval
• Configure Selenium Test Environment for setup(ex: Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG etc.)
• Participation in Selenium Environmental Setup with IDE
• Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure
• Creating, Enhancing, Debugging and Running Test Cases
• Organizing, monitoring defect management process Handling changes and conducting regression tests
• Find solutions for issues related to object identity issues and error handling
• Coordination of the members of the Test team and the development team to solve the issues
• Interaction with the people of the client side to solve problems and update the situation
• Create a software defect tracking report entire project release status to stakeholders
• Understanding the Software Requirements specification document
• After learning how the end user will use the appliance with the flow
• Make test cases with user stories or test scenarios
• Perform test case execution with scenarios
• If the defect is found, then report it to the developer and fix it
• Where fault is found, re-test there
• Make sure the application is the free defect
• Send the test report to test lead
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with software quality assurance and/or software testing
• Experience creating and/or executing test plans, test cases, or test scripts
• Automation Testing experience with Katalon
• Automation testing experience; Design, development and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) setting and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Relational databases like Oracle / Mysql
• Expertise on Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin and Jenkins
• Expertise in Database testing and automated testing
• Knowledge of or experience with the System Development Life Cycle and software testing practices
• Knowledge of using Github Copilot and other AI code tools
• Knowledge of API Automation through Karate/Postman/Rest Assured
• Agile methodology with strong concepts in Scrum & Kanban agile frameworks
• Engineer automated test and metric reporting solutions, Any additional knowledge on Excel macro development would be an added advantage
• Proven ability to write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber, Spring Boot / Spring Application Framework, Intellij / Eclipse, GIT / EGIT, ATDD implementation
• Proven ability to execute/Deliver in Sprint & Regression Automation
• Proven ability customization/upgradation of Automation framework as per project/application requirement
• Proven ability to deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines
• Proven ability to participate as a member of a cross functional team
• Proven ownership and accountability for the assigned tasks
• Proven ability to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
• Proven ability to identify solutions to non-standard requests and problem
• Proven ability to analyze and investigate
• Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
• Proven to be a proactive individual who takes ownership of issues
• Proven to be a good team player with constantly interact with other team members
