OptumCare Anesthesia has an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist in Las Vegas. OptumCare is a multi-specialty group of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants headquartered in the greater Las Vegas, area. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia for general surgical cases, minor orthopedics with occasional nerve blocks, gastroenterology sedation, ophthalmology, dental surgery and gynecological cases. No OB or open heart.
Assessment of, consultation for, and preparation of patients for anesthesia
Relief and prevention of pain during and following surgical, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
Required Qualifications:
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Nevada or ability to obtain prior to employment
* Must have a valid DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
The salary range for this role is $373,500 to $589,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
