Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic and technical solutions aligned to analytic efforts around AI/ML solutions
  • Develop novel AI approaches for healthcare using both structured and unstructured data
  • Build and test deep learning and traditional ML models in distributed computing environments
  • Optimize deep learning models for performance, scalability and efficiency
  • Stay current on internal and external technological advances in AI and advanced analytics that can be applied to the Healthcare Industry
  • Design and plan experiments, conduct statistical analysis and create data visualizations
  • Collaborate with the Responsible Use of AI (RUAI) team to ensure that the delivered solutions are compliant with company policies and standards
  • Analyze, review and interpret complex data through the development of case-studies, enabling the data to tell a story
  • Build and maintain production-ready machine-learning models
  • Adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to ensure that the team stays at the frontier of Analytics
  • End to end ownership in designing and deploying analysis/ Dashboard/ data visualizations using Power BI
  • Identify drivers of patterns / behaviors uncovered in data and use these to explain business trends
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar analytic domain with a significant quantitative aspect
  • 10+ years of experience in machine learning modeling and data analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in creating full stack of machine learning end-to-end model pipeline and deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • Experience with LLM frameworks and/or NLP approaches such as text embedding
  • Experience with distributed computing approaches such as Spark
  • Experience with Snowflake and other relational databases
  • Experience working on collaborative software projects using GitHub
  • Experience working for a large enterprise with fragmented data sources, lack of documentation, unstructured requirements and ambiguity
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and senior leaders in understanding data and information needs, and executing on transformation of high-level, abstract data needs into meaningful AI/ML solutions
  • Experience converting raw data into processed, actionable, insightful information
  • Proficiency in AI/ML and deep learning frameworks such us PyTorch
