Primary Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development
  • Design and develop user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks/libraries
  • Build responsive, scalable, and modular UI components with best practices
  • Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Backend Development
  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js or Python
  • Build high-performance APIs and microservices using FastAPI
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability across backend modules
• Security & Compliance
  • Implement and manage OAuth2, RBAC, session management, and secure logging practices
  • Ensure applications follow industry-standard security guidelines and compliance requirements

• Full time Graduate Degree with 8+ yrs of experience
• Frontend Skills
  • Expertise in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks/libraries
  • Solid understanding of modern UI development, component architecture, and state management
• Backend Skills
  • Solid experience in backend development using Node.js or Python
  • Proven experience building microservices/APIs with FastAPI
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization
• Security
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, RBAC, session management, secure logging practices, and API security concepts
• DevOps
  • Hands-on familiarity with:
    • Docker
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Environment configuration and deployment workflows

• Industry Experience
  • Experience in the Healthcare domain
• AI/ML Integration
  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven applications using Generative AI tools
  • Implement and integrate AI/ML model inference APIs and optimize real-time vs batch processing workflows
• Domain Experience
  • Work on solutions within the Healthcare domain, ensuring understanding of workflows, regulatory considerations, and domain-specific challenges
• AI/ML
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and AI-driven application development
  • Knowledge of ML model integration concepts such as:
    • Model inference APIs
    • Latency vs batch processing trade-offs
