This role sits at the heart of a new international team responsible for building a high-performing global medical provider network across over 40 countries to initially deliver disability examinations for the US Veterans Benefits Association (VBA). The provider network could be further expanded for other clients, markets or pursuits, as required.

You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, engaging and preparing providers (clinics, hospitals, physicians) for onboarding and operational readiness. This includes outreach, assessment of capabilities, collecting data for supplier vetting and shortlisting, early contracting coordination, and supporting the transition to credentialing and operational teams.

Please note: This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract.

This role blends:

  • Strategic global sourcing
  • Provider engagement & relationship management
  • Operational & data management
  • Onboarding & compliance support
  • Crossfunctional collaboration across legal, credentialing, operations, and global teams

What you'll do:

Provider Identification & Market Mapping

  • Research and identify qualified clinics, hospitals, and physicians across target countries
  • Build longlists and shortlists using predefined criteria (capacity, capability, geography, specialties)
  • Maintain a dynamic global sourcing pipeline that scales with project needs

Outreach & Engagement

  • Conduct professional outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and regional channels and professional networks) to prospective providers
  • Introduce the program, assess initial interest, viability and manage follow up communications
  • Track all provider interactions and maintain accurate records of discussions, interest and outcomes
  • Build relationships with provider administrators, clinicians and key contacts

Provider Capability & Capacity Assessment

  • Gather structured capability data (e.g., facilities, access to required modalities, physician availability, compliance-readiness)
  • Verify information, request missing data, and evaluate suitability using set criteria
  • Produce concise capability summaries for internal review and decision making

Contracting & Commercial Support

  • Coordinate early contracting steps; sending agreements, tracking status, identifying blockers and prompting follow ups to progress contract negotiations and execution
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams on revisions, queries, and status updates
  • Maintain visibility of contract stage and escalate risks promptly

Onboarding and Readiness

  • Ensure all provider information is complete before transition to Credentialing teams
  • Collaborate with Credentialing, Compliance, and Data/IT teams to ensure seamless provider setup
  • Support early operational onboarding tasks (e.g., access requests, data templates, system readiness)

Data & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and documentation for all provider sourcing activities
  • Support reporting and dashboard updates, pipeline analysis and operational updates
  • Ensure data quality, maintain provider categorization, provider engagement, and capability data

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Credentialing Specialists, Legal, Operations, Quality, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment on pipeline capacity, country level priorities, risks, and timelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of provider workflows, SOPs, and global network strategy

You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.

What you will bring:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business, Global Health, Public Health, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a coordination, sourcing, recruitment, vendor engagement, or administrative support role, ideally within healthcare or a similarly regulated environment
