Primary Responsibilities:

• Build automation in VBA (Excel/Access/Outlook): Userforms, class modules, event-driven macros, error handling, COM references
• Integrate Selenium with VBA (e.g., SeleniumBasic or approved WebDriver bridge):
  • Automate browser tasks (Chrome/Edge) including authentication, navigation, form submission, file downloads
  • Perform web scraping via DOM traversal, CSS/XPath selectors, pagination handling; normalize outputs to structured Excel tables
  • Implement resilient wait strategies (explicit/implicit) and handle dynamic content (iframes, SPAs)
• Data integration - Connect to SQL (ADO/DAO), execute parameterized queries/stored procedures, and write results to Excel tables
• Trigger and refresh Power Query from VBA; manage query dependencies and credentials
• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
• Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
• Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
• Manage assigned special projects and adhoc tasks to completion within target date
• Ensure all process/people related reports are published within a defined timeframe

• 2+ years of experience in developing and maintaining VBA solutions
• Selenium integration with VBA - Developed 2-3 VBA macros demonstrating Selenium integration (SeleniumBasic)
• Advanced VBA (Excel/Access/Outlook): Userforms, class modules, events, error handling, COM references
• Should have an innovative bent to constantly drive Operational and Performance excellence
• Should be self-driven and have decision making skills

• Hands-on experience with Power Query & SQL
