Associate Capability Analyst - Quality Auditors

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Advocate, caller and product needs and employ that understanding in effective test strategies
  • Create test cases and acceptance criteria to thoroughly test the experience from both and digital and voice experiences. Analyze testing results and assertively provide recommendations that will enhance the user experience.
  • Document testing milestones, test results, and findings in project documentation
  • Actively partner with the Product Owners and IT to support an agile-based program migration. Participate in product backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team release planning sessions
  • Due to the demanding resource needs and timelines, you may be called upon to utilize your talents to take phone calls during testing phase downtimes
  • This presents a unique opportunity to expand your skills and keep pulse directly with members
  • Testing could include call or chat routing in addition to call and chat bots
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of overall experience in Software testing
  • Experience writing test plans and test execution
  • Proven experience being comfortable working with ambiguity and change
  • Proven excellent proven organizational and time management skills
  • Proven acumen to be self-directed and able to work within aggressive timelines
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building relationships with people from diverse areas of an organization
  • Proven track record of being energized and passionate with the ability to persuasively sell ideas and concepts
  • Proven track record of being a capable and collaborative team player
  • History of addressing difficult issues with candor, speaking the truth, expressing a point of view and taking a stand
  • Comfortable covering releases that could run into the evening/night 2-3 times/month (after 5pm)

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment preferably in a testing role
