Primary Responsibilities:
- Build reports/dashboards using various tools like PowerBI, SQL and excel
- Provide Denial/ Payment/Open AR trends by Payer/site with data level root cause analysis
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of overall operations with the help of data level RCA's
- Customization of operational & strategic reports based on project goals & client requirements
- Identify automation opportunities using various tools
- Open to work in US shift timings (3:30PM IST to 1AM IST)
- Open to work in RTO and hybrid environment (as per the official guidelines)
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Overall 2+ years of experience in Reporting & Analytics - Exposure in RCM Reporting and analysis, RCM domain expertise is added advantage
- Skill Set:
- Proficient knowledge in BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau
- Working knowledge in data management using SQL/MySQL & MS Excel
- Good communication Skills
- Solid Analytical and Logical skills
- Ability to work independently and share status updates on work progress
