The ideal candidate will work across multiple technologies-including automation, infrastructure-as-code, hardware management, and CI/CD-to triage defects, optimize service health, and implement forward-looking roadmap initiatives for Zero-Touch Provisioning, secure boot, and multi-vendor hardware support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Triaging, troubleshooting, and fixing defects across the imaging stack
  • Maintain service health by monitoring availability, throughput, and success rates
  • Participate in delivering roadmap initiatives for multi-vendor (Dell and HPE) hardware, secure boot, and zero-touch provisioning
  • Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions integrated with CI/CD, CMDB or inventory, and change management
  • Balance operational risk to minimize user impact while deploying platform enhancements
  • Enforce SLAs/SLOs, observability standards, alerting mechanisms (logs, metrics, traces), and security controls
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure stable and scalable imaging service operations
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Python programming experience
  • Experience developing applications using Django or FastAPI
  • Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Puppet
