Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable software architectures for enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and microservices adoption
  • Introduce AI-driven capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, GenAI-based automation) into system design
  • Mentor engineering teams on best practices, including AI/ML integration and Go-based development
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI guidelines. (OptumInsig...Architect - Word)
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in software engineering
  • 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI)
    • Knowledge of distributed systems, API design, and microservices
    • Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, and AI governance
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
    • Proven solid programming skills in Go, Java, and Python
  • Soft Skills:
    • Solid communication and collaboration
    • Ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, AI/ML certifications
  • Experience in healthcare or financial domains
  • Proven track record in AI-driven architecture and performance optimization
