Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Vice President of Learning & Enablement. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that empower employees, customers, and partners to maximize the value of UKG's products and services. The VP will lead the Customer Experience Organization's global learning, onboarding, ongoing education, and enablement programs designed to drive adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and performance across all stakeholder groups. Additionally, this role will oversee customer education initiatives, curriculum development, and the commercialization of UKG's learning business.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead a holistic global learning and enablement strategy that aligns with UKG's business objectives and product roadmap, spanning employees, customers, and partners.
- Onboarding & Education: Design and oversee onboarding programs to accelerate employee productivity and drive engagement and adoption for customers and partners.
- Curriculum & Program Development: Develop scalable, blended learning experiences using instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, self-paced, and certification modalities. Deliver engaging materials to support both employee performance, partner and customer success.
- Customer & Partner Enablement: Build and scale learning initiatives that strengthen partner capabilities and empower customers to maximize their investment in UKG solutions. Implement robust metrics to measure the impact on customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Technology Integration: Implement and optimize learning platforms, enablement tools, and analytics to efficiently scale programs and enhance the learning experience. Develop a technology roadmap to meet learners where they work.
- Metrics & Performance: Define, track, and report on KPIs such as time-to-productivity, certification rates, program adoption, and customer impact to demonstrate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, sales, customer success, HR, and operations teams to align learning priorities with company goals and ensure consistency across the customer and employee lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global learning and enablement team, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, continuous learning and improvement.

Who You Are
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, enablement, training, or related fields within software/SaaS organizations, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Preferred Experience: At least 2-3 years leveraging AI in developing and delivering training content.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and lead global teams, as well as build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic and operational mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making. Able to scale programs globally while tailoring them to diverse audiences.
- Enablement Expertise: Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, onboarding, certification, and enablement best practices for employees, customers, and partners.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing change with resilience and innovation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.

The pay range for this position is $202,000 - 290,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
