Job Summary:
The Trust & Funding Ops II role is responsible for performing routine payment processing activities with increasing independence and accuracy. This role ensures the timely and compliant execution of tax, employee pay, and garnishment disbursements while supporting team workflows. The individual applies foundational knowledge of internal systems and departmental processes, contributing to overall team effectiveness and reliability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Executes routine payment processing tasks accurately and with minimal rework.
• Utilizes internal payment systems and Microsoft applications to complete assignments.
• Contributes to the preparation of standard reports and reconciliations.
• Applies established procedures to resolve routine issues in payment operations.
• Supports internal team workflows by collaborating with departmental colleagues.
• Maintains organized records and documentation to support compliance and auditing.
• Assists in identifying areas for efficiency within assigned tasks.
• Demonstrates growing knowledge of departmental interconnections and payment processes.

This position typically requires being onsite in an office at least 3 days per week.

Basic Qualifications:
• Familiarity with payroll, tax, or garnishment payment processes.
• Experience working with multiple internal systems to complete workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Proven past experience to provide effective written and verbal communication with the ability to confidently speak with clients to provide information, answer questions, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work to ensure all documentation is handled with precision and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 1-2 years of payroll, tax, employee payment, garnishment, and/or banking operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

The pay range for this position is $38,800.00 to $55,750.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
