Role Overview
We are looking for a user-focused and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, consistent, and accessible user experiences for enterprise software at scale. In this role, you'll own the design of product features end-to-end, collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, and contribute to the team's design language and practices.
You will be expected to work independently on moderately complex problems while contributing to the UX community through design reviews, system contributions, and user advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End UX Design
o Deliver elegant user flows, mockups, and prototypes that align with product goals and brand guidelines.
o Design for consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure alignment from concept to implementation.
o Incorporate feedback from research, stakeholders, and design leads to iterate on solutions.
• Design Systems Contribution
o Use and contribute to UKG's design systems and shared patterns.
o Ensure that your design work aligns with accessibility and localization requirements.
• Team Involvement
o Participate in critiques, workshops, and design sprints to share your work and provide feedback.
o Contribute to design documentation and handoff materials.
Qualifications
• 6-8 years of professional experience in UX/product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise design work and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with front-end concepts is a plus.
• Strong communicator who can clearly explain design choices to different audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related discipline.
