The Senior Travel Management Analyst (P2) is a senior individual contributor role responsible for providing end to end ownership of UKG's global Travel & Expense operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong accounting controls, audit readiness, and compliance across T&E processes, while also leading corporate card program management and driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and external providers to deliver scalable, audit ready, and efficient T&E operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel & Expense Accounting, Audit & Controls
• Own end to end T&E accounting activities, including month end support, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to T&E and corporate card programs.
• Ensure documentation, controls, and evidence are maintained in line with SOX / ICFR and internal control requirements.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance leadership to provide transparency into T&E risks, trends, and compliance.
Corporate Card Program Management
• Lead global corporate card programs, including day to day administration and governance.
• Liaise with card program providers to manage onboarding, program changes, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Support stabilization and ongoing optimization of newly implemented card programs, including India specific programs.
• Strengthen internal controls and monitoring mechanisms related to card usage and settlements.
Systems & Process Ownership
• Act as a subject matter expert for Travel & Expense systems (e.g., Concur), including configuration, controls, and integrations.
• Partner with IT and vendors to resolve system issues, support enhancements, and test changes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of T&E processes.
• Support system driven process improvements aligned with finance transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Partnership & Operational Excellence
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including IT, Accounting, FP&A, HR, and Procurement.
• Provide guidance and support to the broader T&E team on complex issues and escalations.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership to improve compliance, controls, and user experience.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools, policies, and processes.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience
• 5-8 years of proven experience in Travel & Expense
• Strong hands on experience with T&E accounting, audit support, and corporate card programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high risk operational processes independently.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and external service providers.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of accounting controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong systems aptitude with experience in T&E platforms and finance systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and operational excellence.
