You will join the Professional Services Consulting (PSC) job family within Support Services, supporting post go live customer deployments of the UKG Ready product. This role involves working closely with UKG customers across multiple geographies and collaborating with cross functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The PSC delivery model spans multiple roles-including Solution Consultants, Integration Consultants, Business Analysts, and Quality Analysts-who engage frequently with customers and onsite teams. We seek professionals with strong Human Capital Management (HCM) domain experience.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
• Partner with project teams and customer stakeholders to gather requirements across HR, Payroll, TLM, Accruals 2.0, Scheduler, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Lead solution design workshops and deliver detailed configuration blueprints.
• Configure and reconfigure UKG Ready modules using established implementation methodologies and product standards.
• Perform peer reviews of complex configurations and mentor junior consultants.
• Stay current with new UKG Ready features, embed best practices, and recommend optimizations to minimize technical debt.
Project Delivery & Governance
• Own end to end delivery for assigned workstreams (analysis → build → test → parallel → go live → hyper care).
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Integration teams, and Payroll Services to ensure aligned execution.
• Partner with UKG Payroll Services (UKGPS) Onboarding teams to synchronize EIN builds, payroll calendars, and handoffs in compliance with the UKGPS Implementation Guide.
• Manage customer communications, track risks and issues, drive timely resolution, and ensure adherence to SOW scope, quality expectations, and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge Transfer & Enablement
• Deliver configuration walkthroughs, administrator training, and customer runbooks.
• Develop reusable templates, job aids, and internal playbooks to enhance delivery consistency and maturity.
Representative Project Scenarios
Entity & Organization Setup
• New company and EIN creation (US & international), entity reactivation, multi EIN builds, and template cloning.
• Payroll calendar alignment, primary EIN switches, M&A transitions, and historical employee data loads.
• Position Management implementations supporting workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational restructuring.
Payroll Accounting & Financials
• General Ledger (GL) design and rebuilds, including conversions for Yardi, Sage, and Acumatica.
• Labor Distribution redesigns, dimension rules, overrides, and customized GL exports and reports.
Time, Pay Rules & Scheduling
• Advanced pay rule configurations including premiums, FLSA and FLSA lookbacks, 8/80 rules, awards/EBA, on call rules, weighted overtime, and paid breaks.
• Scheduler implementations and complex pattern redesigns
Accruals & Leave Compliance
• Accruals 2.0 upgrades, policy conversions (day based to hour based), negative balance controls, and multi state/country compliance (e.g., Nebraska Paid Sick Leave).
• TOIL rules, retroactive recalculations, and PTO/Sick consolidation.
Benefits & Open Enrollment
• Design and configuration of OE plans (medical, dental, vision, retirement, HDHP/HSA).
• Test cycle management, go live support, and benefits data harmonization.
• Benefits EDI configuration and carrier mapping.
Attestation, Compliance & Audits
• Break and meal attestation workflows via clock and web.
• Cross module audits and optimization efforts across HR, Payroll, TLM, and Scheduler.
• Remediation of legacy configuration issues and dependency resolution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience, including exposure to global implementations.
• Strong experience implementing HCM software solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving business needs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
