About the Team
You'll join a collaborative engineering team focused on building and improving full-stack software solutions that support UKG products and customers. We work together across product, engineering, and other business partners to understand customer needs, solve complex problems, and deliver reliable, maintainable software.

About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you'll design, build, test, and support full-stack web applications. You'll use your understanding of software development, testing practices, design patterns, and application architecture to turn product needs into high-quality solutions.
You'll also:
• Build and maintain software using technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, CSS, VB.NET, and PostgreSQL.
• Analyze complex issues across the application stack, from database to browser, and deliver practical, effective solutions.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code in a continuous integration environment.
• Participate in code reviews to improve quality, share knowledge, and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other partners to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Recommend improvements to tools, technologies, and development practices that help the team work more effectively.

About You

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience, typically 5+ years, in building full-stack web applications using JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, CSS, VB.NET, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with software development practices such as version control, testing, debugging, and continuous integration.
