Are you a product leader passionate about shaping the future of work?
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our high-performing team at UKG. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our market-leading HCM products, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers. You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
