About the Team and the Role
As a Resource Planning Specialist, you will be a part of a CXE- RMO team that develops both direct and partner staffing strategies and manages project staffing for assigned vertical/geography, with directed guidance from their Resource Manager or vertical/region leader. The role will deliver high-quality staffing data and reporting related to resourcing. The role will work closely with professional services leaders and maintain strong partnerships in business development, partner enablement, and internal learning.
This role requires a highly organized self-starter who thrives on solving problems and has solid skills and experience in resource management. The ideal candidate is a team player with solid communication skills who must work seamlessly across different functional groups and regions.
Required Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or related roles.

• Hands on experience in developed AI based Idea on tool like (Copilot Studio, Power App, Vertex, Agentforce, Claude, Gemini)
• Experience with AI-driven resource planning tools or predictive analytics is plus.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Certinia, and MS Office (Power Automate, Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook).
• Proficiency in modern HCM software and resource management platforms (AI-embedded tools preferred).
• Experience working in technology, consulting, or software-as-a-service environments.
• Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in global resource management initiatives that help standardize ways of working and improve efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with delivery leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support high-quality customer delivery.
• Understanding of human capital management concepts or workforce operations.
• Ability to build dashboards, interpret data, and present insights to leaders.
• Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, professional services automation tools, or resource management platforms.
