Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Government Contract Administrator to manage a broad portfolio of government contracts across SLED and Federal sectors. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy across our public sector contracting channels, including but not limited to Immix, Vertosoft, OMNIA Partners, Reseller network, and federal contract vehicles. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in government procurement regulations, public sector pricing strategy, and contract lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
• Administer and oversee a portfolio of active government contracts across our SLED and Federal line of business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and compliance matters both internally and externally.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including pre-award preparation, contract execution, modifications, extensions, renewals, and closeout.
• Maintain and update contract documentation, records, and workflows in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Partner and Channel Oversight:
• Manage strategic contract partnerships including Immix, Vertosoft, OMNIA Partners, and others.
• Coordinate with channel and sales leadership to align contract availability and terms with go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure contracts are appropriately loaded into partner portals and that pricing and terms are current and consistent.
Pricing and Compliance:
• Develop and maintain public sector pricing strategies that ensure compliance with applicable federal (FAR/DFARS) and SLED procurement regulations.
• Support cost/price proposal development, including creation and validation of pricing models, rate structures, and discount schedules.
• Lead contract reviews and audits to ensure compliance with state and federal acquisition requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and submit required quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports to contract vehicles and government entities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including contract utilization, revenue performance, and reporting accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits, including SOC, DCAA, and GSA audits, as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Strategic Alliance, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure contract risk mitigation and alignment with business goals.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract usage, limitations, and obligations.
• Assist in responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs from government agencies by ensuring contract vehicle alignment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in government contract administration, including both SLED and Federal contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and public sector procurement practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple contract vehicles and distributor/aggregator relationships.
• Strong understanding of cooperative purchasing programs (e.g., OMNIA, NASPO).
• Advanced Excel and document management software proficiency.
Preferred:
• Experience in the software or technology industry.
• Knowledge of platforms such as GovWin, SAM.gov, and eBuy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or contract lifecycle management systems
• CPCM, CFCM, or other relevant certification a plus.

Pay Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $142,100.00 to $204,200.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
