10+ yrs overall experience with 3+ yrs in leadership role leading HCM business.
US HCM experience is preferred
Experience leading process improvement or AI initiatives would be a plus
Strong hands-in leadership skills with focus on talent development and engagement
Exceptional communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of NPS/CSAT metric with proven knowledge of driving client experience is essential
Good project management skills would be an added advantage
