Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for the
Payments and Compliance & Receipting function in the One View global payroll product organisation. This is a high-impact role responsible for product innovation, regulatory alignment and seamless global payroll experiences.

You will work with a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver market-leading solutions that meet the evolving needs of multinational organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Delivery
• Drive the full product lifecycle - from ideation and requirements to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing UKG at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product innovation and compliance strategy.
Stakeholder Management
• Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and market analysts to validate product direction and ensure competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence and align product strategy across the organization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, design, operations and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Required Capabilities
• Proven ability to lead a product pillar through the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated success in owning and delivering complex SaaS products, ideally in HR, payroll, financial, or regulatory compliance domains. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and solution complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Experienced in diagnosing business challenges, feature gaps, and technical bugs, and identifying opportunities for new features

• Exceptional communication skills:
• Writing clear, systematic functional specifications.
• Facilitating product design workshops and cross-functional sessions.
• Confidently engaging with executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers and presenting platform updates
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
