Sr. Product Manager - Lead Management
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager - Lead Management to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise Lead Flow, Lead Scoring, Lead Routing capabilities across the pre-opportunity funnel. This role will be responsible for building a scalable, intelligent, and high-performance Lead Management ecosystem that optimizes speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of product management experience, deep expertise in end-to-end lead flow, and strong working knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua preferred), Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach or equivalent) and CRM ecosystems (Salesforce). This role partners closely with Engineering, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and GTM leadership.
This position requires a product leader who embodies best-in-class product practices aligned with principles from the Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) - outcome-driven, customer-focused, discovery-oriented, and execution-disciplined.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and own the Lead Management & Sales Engagement product vision and strategy aligned to Marketing and Sales transformation goals.
• Drive measurable outcomes including speed-to-lead, MQL quality, MQL-to-Opportunity conversion, routing accuracy, SLA compliance, and revenue impact.
• Establish AI-first capabilities across territories, segments, capacity models, account-based routing, and complex GTM motions.
• Lead the evolution from rules-based scoring to AI-enabled predictive scoring models.
Roadmap Ownership
• Own and maintain the Product Roadmap for Lead Management & Sales Engagement.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
• Balance innovation, scalability, and enterprise reliability.
Product Discovery & Delivery
• Conduct structured discovery in partnership with stakeholders to validate problems and solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear product outcomes and hypotheses.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture, to ensure scalable and secure architecture.
• For Lead Scoring:
o Partner with Data Science and Engineering to define scoring hypotheses and model evaluation frameworks.
o Translate business qualification criteria into model inputs and scoring attributes (behavioral, firmographic, technographic, intent data).
o Establish feedback loops from Sales to continuously refine scoring accuracy.
Requirements & Documentation
• Author high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Define and maintain EPICs, Features, and User Stories.
• Develop clear, testable Requirements and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure documentation clarity across cross-functional teams.

Lead Flow & System Expertise
• Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including:
o Lead capture and enrichment
o Lead scoring and qualification
o Routing logic and assignment rules
o SLA monitoring and exception handling
• Ensure robust integration between Eloqua (or equivalent MAP) and Salesforce CRM, including:
o Field mapping
o Data synchronization
o Status lifecycle alignment
o Error handling and monitoring
• Drive continuous optimization.
Performance & Optimization
• Define product KPIs and monitor performance.
• Identify bottlenecks in lead flow and propose structural improvements.
• Lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, MarTech, RevTech, or CRM ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in Lead Management, Lead Flow architecture, and Dynamic Lead Routing models.
• Strong working knowledge of Eloqua (preferred) or similar Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce CRM, including objects, workflows, assignment rules, and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex system integrations between MAP and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to create:
o Product Roadmaps
o PRDs
o EPICs, Features, and User Stories
o Detailed Requirements and Acceptance Criteria
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining product success metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Clear visibility into lead lifecycle health and bottlenecks.
