Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of complex People Analytics reports across UKG products
• Provide ad-hoc limited customer-specific virtual training on topics beyond UKG
provided learning paths for UKG Pro Application and People Analytics.
• Proactively meets with customers to understand their People Analytics needs
• Deliver strategic consulting and best-practice recommendations for custom People Analytics needs
• Create Advanced Business Intelligence Reports based on the needs of the customer requests.
• Troubleshoot Business Intelligence/Cognos Analytics security and roles setup
• Serve as escalation point for complex People Analytics security and role configuration issues
• Create new basic dashboards/updates to existing dashboards based on customer requests.
• Provides customers with best practice recommendations and guidance.
• Work with Primary Analyst and various internal teams to drive long term strategic direction and process improvements while providing guidance on features, functionality, and necessary enhancements to the UKGPro system.
• Participates in conferences with users/groups.
• Mentor and develop Business Applications Analysts COE
• Anticipate reporting challenges and recommend scalable, long-term solutions across levels
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items.
• Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities.
• Engage and work with the customer and internal teams to ensure they are informed of all relevant changes to the system and to coordinate activities or projects as necessary.
• Escalate non-routine inquiries and issues accordingly

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Management Information Systems, or business-related field or 5+ years related HCM experience or a combination of education and experience preferred

• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Must work well with others in a team-focused environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Intermediate SQL knowledge
• Advanced People Analytics knowledge
• Experience with creating UTA Reports
• Experience with creating Talent Management Reports
• Experience with creating Workforce Management Reports
• Advanced Knowledge of UKGPro and other UKG products
