Revenue Negotiation Team Representative

The Revenue Negotiation Team is responsible for working with customers to respond to contract inquiries outside of a renewal (including requests to adjust or terminate their contractual obligations) in order to achieve the highest possible retention rates. The RNT representatives are tasked with mitigating churn outside of the renewal cycle and upholding UKG's contractual rights, while also partnering with internal teams (sales, ERMs) to understand and promote the long-term health of the customer relationship. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of contract terms and conditions, the ability to engage with customers to deliver buyout proposals, and the capacity to facilitate execution of termination agreements and contract cancellations.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers seeking full early termination of contracts with annual recurring revenue less than $50,000 USD
• Present buyout proposals in adherence with standard offers and deadlines
• Defend UKG's legitimate business interests through a basic understanding of contract terms and conditions
• Effectively communicate with customers who are prepared to negotiate to reach a financial middle ground
• Maintain complete and accurate records, including customer correspondence, termination agreements, executed quotes, and breach notices

Basic Qualifications:
• At least one year of professional work experience involving contract negotiation
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:
• Negotiation skills
• Understanding of legal and contractual terms and conditions
