That's what we do.
We never stop learning. We never stop challenging the norm. We push for better, and we celebrate the wins along the way. Here, you'll get flexibility that's real, benefits you can count on, and a team that succeeds together. Because at UKG, your work matters-and so do you.
About the Team
The Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) team operates at the intersection of People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and the business. The team designs, scales, and governs UKG's global contingent workforce model to enable flexibility while managing risk and supporting business growth.
As India continues to scale as a critical growth region, the CWP team ensures contingent labor is used intentionally, compliantly, and aligned to long-term workforce strategy through strong partnerships.
About the Role

This role is not just about managing vendors or processes, it is about shaping how UKG builds and scales its workforce in India while protecting the organization and enabling long-term success.

• Act as the India subject-matter expert on contingent workforce policy, compliance, engagement models, and workforce risk
• Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption across HR, TA, Finance, Procurement, IT, Security, Third-Party Risk, Legal, and business leaders
