Uber Eats SMB Account Manager CDMX
About the Role
The team is responsible for accelerating growth, improving selection quality, and driving commercial performance across Mid Enterprise and Hero SMB restaurant accounts in the Central region.
Our mandate is to strengthen the competitiveness of the Central segment by deploying data-driven commercial strategies, optimizing portfolio performance, and driving disciplined execution of Offers, Ads, and other growth levers across managed accounts.
The role reports into the Commercial Lead and is part of a collaborative group of Account Managers who collectively own performance, retention, and sustainable growth across the territory.
This role combines day-to-day account ownership with strategic thinking, giving the candidate the opportunity not only to grow their own city but also to shape scalable playbooks and propose initiatives that can expand to other cities across the territory and may be adopted at the national level.
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Mid Enterprise and Hero SMB restaurant partners in the Central region.
This role requires strong data analysis capabilities, structured prioritization, and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies. The ideal candidate combines commercial thinking with operational discipline, demonstrates strong ownership over results, and consistently executes with focus and rigor.
