Team Manager, Enterprise Accounts, Uber Eats, Poland
About the Role
Leading the Enterprise Account Management team for Uber Eats in Poland means driving growth in one of our most competitive and high-stakes regions. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance; it's for a leader who wants to win selection street by street and geo by geo.
As the Manager of our team of Enterprise Account Managers, you'll be responsible for the success of our most significant merchant partnerships. This work is fast, ambiguous, and high-pressure. You will have to make hard commercial calls with imperfect information and lead a team through the "messy reality" of a hyper-growth marketplace. We are looking for a leader who values ownership over permission and who is energized by the challenge of building something that actually works in the real world. If you thrive on navigating tension and turning complexity into clarity, this is where you'll grow.

What You'll Do
- Lead and Unblock: You'll lead a team of skilled Enterprise Account Managers focused on retaining and growing our restaurant partners. You aren't just a supervisor; you are a coach who unblocks your team and makes the hard calls to manage performance and set a high bar.
- Drive Selection Growth: Navigate the ambiguity of a shifting market to boost merchant revenue. You will guide your team in leveraging Uber's toolsets-like marketing and product adoption-while pioneering your own innovative initiatives to deepen partnerships.
- Navigate Internal Dynamics: Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Product, and Analytics. You'll need to influence without authority, resolving blockers and navigating cross-functional tension to enhance the partner experience.
- Own the Strategy: Partner with the Leadership Team to develop and execute the overarching strategy for our restaurant partner base. You will be expected to think in systems and stay calm under the pressure of ambitious revenue targets.
- Expand the Horizon: You will lead the charge into new territory, supporting the launch of the Czech market. This includes collaborating with enterprise partners and onboarding the Enterprise Account Manager responsible for that country.
- Master the Details: Build and audit account management processes. You'll use data not just to report, but to make strategic decisions and generate practical recommendations in a rapid-growth environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Sales.
- Leadership: Minimum 3+ years of people management or team lead experience, specifically coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Client Mastery: Proven track record in a client-facing role or leading teams that manage high-stakes external relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial "go-get-it" attitude with a passion for building things from the ground up and a deep sense of ownership over outcomes.
- Analytical Depth: Expert at using data analysis to solve messy problems and communicate outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to stay resilient and maintain a high talent bar in an ever-changing environment where priorities shift quickly.
