  • Capital Allocation: Work closely with leadership to drive investment strategy, determining how and where we invest across markets, GTM headcount, and reliability levers to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Portfolio Delivery Strategy: Develop a cohesive strategy that bridges various delivery segments (e.g., Grocery, Retail, Restaurant), ensuring that investments and initiatives are aligned across the entire delivery portfolio.
  • Business Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep analysis of market trends, the competitive landscape, and internal performance data to inform strategic decisions and provide actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with key teams including Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to implement initiatives that align with the overall global strategy.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and dashboards to track progress against goals, leading regular performance reviews with leadership to ensure objectives are met.
  • Mentor & Lead: Manage and guide a high-performing team, setting a high bar for structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning processes and drive business analysis.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Ops, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in grocery, 3P platforms, or consumer goods strategy.
