About the role and team

As the Strategy & Planning Lead for the APAC Delivery Central team, you will lead a team of 6 across Governance & Planning, Strategic Initiatives & Growth Bets, and Market Intelligence-establishing the standards, tools, and operating rhythm for the APAC region and individual Country S&P teams.

In this player-coach role, you will manage a high-performing team while personally driving the region's highest-priority strategic bets.

What you'll do

  • Headcount governance: Manage and run an efficient headcount process.
  • Central to country partnership: Define and continuously refine the roles and responsibilities split between central S&P and country S&P across all workstreams, ensuring central standards do not create duplicate work at the country level.

Basic Qualifications
