- Manage quarterly and annual planning cycles, consolidating inputs and ensuring priorities align with regional goals.
- Build analytical and financial frameworks to evaluate growth opportunities, resource allocation, and operational trade-offs.
- Use data and metrics (C/R, DR, ATD, Storefront Growth) to connect operational performance with profitability and strategy.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure accountability across teams.
Deliver Insights and Analytics
- Partner with analytics teams to evaluate market dynamics, pricing elasticity, and customer behavior.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of growth, efficiency, and churn.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
Strengthen Governance and Execution
- Maintain and evolve strategic frameworks (e.g., Executional Excellence, Metrics Governance) for consistency across teams.
- Align cross-functional groups around measurable goals, progress tracking, and accountability.
- Collaborate with Automation & Analytics to identify opportunities for automation and data scalability.
Drive Cross-Functional Impact
- Support senior leadership with structured narratives, financial modeling, and data visualization to guide key decisions.
- Represent LATAM in global discussions, advocating for regional needs through data-backed insights.
What You'll Need Basic Qualifications
