What you will do

As the owner of our new and existing consumer growth budgets, you will drive consumer and demand growth for the Delivery business. You'll oversee the deployment of the latest demand-generation technology in the UK and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver the consumer growth strategy. Operating in one of Uber Eats' most competitive and high-potential markets, you will play a critical role in sustaining growth by optimising budgets and turning strategic insights into data-driven action.

  • Manage a significant eight-figure monthly demand-generation budget for Eats UKI, ensuring optimal allocation, efficiency, and measurable impact.
  • Design and execute scalable growth strategies across the Delivery platform, collaborating closely with UK senior leadership and Strategic Finance.
  • Recommend budget distribution across multiple teams and channels, including Acquisition, Resurrection, Product, Performance Marketing, Local Operations, and Commercial.
  • Lead strategic campaigns across owned channels (in-app, CRM, etc.) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Deliver actionable insights to Regional and UKI Delivery Leadership on demand performance, budget deployment, and strategic planning.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Econometrics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven stakeholder management and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including advanced SQL and proficiency in Python for data science or automation.
  • Practical knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation design (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives in large, matrixed organisations.

  • Experience in marketplace businesses, consumer tech, food delivery, or e-commerce
  • Direct experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with measurable ROI impact
  • Proven track record of designing and executing growth strategies in highly competitive markets
  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and automation
