- Partner with regional and business-line leaders to align on investment frameworks and merchant-integrated value strategies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the membership \"unit economic\" profile through innovative commercial levers and partnership models.
Operational Orchestration:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, global program cycles, ensuring consistency in member experience across all markets.
- Create standardized playbooks and governance models that allow for the seamless scaling of global initiatives.
- Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for major program milestones.
Performance & Experience Insights:
- Analyze global program performance to identify drivers of member engagement and financial health.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of global commercial efforts and member-facing value propositions.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership to inform the future roadmap of the program.
Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, tech-strategy, or a related commercial role.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to use data to build business cases and track performance.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Adaptability: A \"generalist\" mindset with the ability to pivot between different strategic pillars as the business evolves.
- Commercial Expertise: Experience with P&L management, monetization strategy, or merchant-side commercial operations.
- Operational Rigor: Proven abilityto build processes from scratch and manage the \"machinery\" of a global program.
