Strategic Account Coordinator - Uber Eats Spain

Yesterday Madrid, Spain

About the Role

As an Account Coordinator on the Enterprise team at Uber Eats Spain, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our most strategic restaurant partners. Working closely with Strategic Account Managers, you'll provide operational and strategic support that enables our team to deliver impact at scale. From managing day-to-day partner needs to analyzing campaign results and coordinating internal processes, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our most important partnerships run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's looking to develop within a high-performing, cross-functional environment at the heart of Uber Eats' strategy in Spain.

Why Join Us?

At Uber Eats, you'll be part of a fast-growing business at the forefront of innovation in the food delivery space. As an Account Coordinator, you'll gain hands-on experience working with iconic restaurant brands, supporting large-scale initiatives, and learning from some of the best in the industry. You'll be empowered to take ownership of your work, contribute to meaningful outcomes, and grow your career in an environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own commercial support and data integrity for a complex portfolio of Enterprise-level accounts, ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day operations like contract processing, menu updates, and compliance checks.
  • Drive campaign activation and performance by coordinating cross-functionally with the Advertising and Marketing teams to set up promotions, track results, and produce clear reports that demonstrate ROI to our partners.
  • Translate real-world problems into internal action by escalating systemic merchant issues (e.g., product setup, operational roadblocks) to central Operations, Product, and Support teams and leading the follow-through to resolution.
  • Become the indispensable analytical engine for Strategic Account Managers by generating deep, actionable reports on order management and campaign results to inform commercial strategies and up-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively safeguard partner retention by accurately managing and maintaining all partner data within internal CRM systems, ensuring seamless contract lifecycles and business continuity.
  • Navigate ambiguity to unblock deal flow by supporting commercial negotiations, coordinating critical internal documentation, and providing the necessary support for territory expansion efforts.

What You Will Need

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or operational support role (e.g. account coordination, sales support, customer success, or project coordination).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and eager to learn new tools.
  • Experience supporting or working with Enterprise clients in a tech, food delivery, or retail environment.
  • Data-savvy and able to extract insights to support business decisions; familiarity with data tools like Looker or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, with a proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment, delivering quality work on time.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
