1. Writes reliable, clear, efficient, and well-tested code.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Go, C++, etc.
3. Deep understanding of computer systems, which may include experience with backend services, large-scale systems, multi cloud infrastructure, etc.
4. Ability to contribute to technical innovation and problem-solving within a team setting.
5. Experience building large-scale distributed system with experience in architecture design and developing high availability and high-performance systems.
