- Partner with product and engineering leads to scope strategic bets and translate them into clear program plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

- Drive large, technical, cross-functional programs end-to-end-planning, execution, and scale-often while navigating shifting priorities and tight timelines.

- Align and orchestrate multiple teams and stakeholders, establishing operating rhythms that surface the right information to keep everyone pointed at outcomes.

- Set accountability with transparent milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision logs, communicating status crisply to executives and partners.

- Develop a strong grasp of systems architecture and platform tradeoffs to ask incisive questions, propose alternatives, and unblock teams quickly.

- Raise the bar on execution velocity and quality by introducing pragmatic frameworks, templates, and tools that help the organization scale.

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall experience building software or systems and 5+ years as a TPM or Engineering Manager.

- Strong technical experience in platform development at scale with the ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.

- Proven track record of strong cross-team and cross-org stakeholder management, influencing people across broad job functions.

- Data-driven mindset with experience determining effective program KPIs and using metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.

- Experienced in project management, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on facilitating consensus and making hard decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working at a high-paced, fast-growing tech startup or within an established company with a strong TPM culture.
