Rate of Pay: $131,000 to $160,000 per year

Duties: Lead key financial and operational planning processes for CommOps Annual Planning, Long Range Planning and Half Yearly Planning. Lead improvement of planning processes based on stakeholder feedback and planning post mortems. Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities through continued stakeholder discussions and cross CommOps alignment. Work with regional and global business planning teams to develop and curate the Planning processes to meet the needs of Global First. Strategically assess and influence the development of each CommOps team's internal performance reviews, cadence and material to the CommOps LT. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered related occupation.

Position requires:

1. Strategy consulting, Corporate Strategy, Program management and Financial planning;
2. Building business cases for cost savings/investment opportunities;
3. Creating and communicating frameworks for driving cross-functional decision-making using data and principled assumptions;
4. Using Excel or Google sheets and Power Point or Google slides for analysis of financial and operational metrics.
5. Understanding of financial metrics and experience working with such metrics;
6. Organizational and program management and ability to build and execute against interdependent timelines;
7. Executive communication and presentation skills using Google slides and Canva.
