Sr Sales Ops Associate - GTM Analytics & AI Operations
About the Role
We are moving beyond "reporting." In the Ads Delivery Commercial Operations team, we don't just build dashboards; we build Data Products.
We are looking for a highly technical, AI-augmented builder to redefine how our multi-billion dollar sales organization operates. You will spend less time in spreadsheets and more time in IDEs, PRDs, and the CLI, building the internal infrastructure that tells 350+ sellers exactly where they stand, what they need to do next, and to the ELT where the business is heading-all in under 5 minutes of interaction.
The Tech Stack (How We Work)
We operate like a startup within Uber. We value speed and leverage.
- AI-Native Workflow: We lean heavily on IDEs (Cursor/VS Code), Gemini, and GPTs to write code. We don't expect you to be a syntax expert; we expect you to be an AI-pilot who knows how to use these tools to 10x your output.
- The "AI-Assisted" Stack: Python, SQL, and Streamlit (for custom apps). We use Git for version control and MCPs (Model Context Protocol) to bridge our databases with AI agents for lightning-fast querying.

- The Philosophy: Brain + Business Mindset > Manual Coding Skills. We care that you understand the logic of how a program should work; AI will help you write the actual lines of code.
What You'll Do:
- Build Custom Data Apps: Move beyond static BI tools. You will design, build, and deploy custom dashboard applications (Streamlit, Flask, etc.) that serve as the "Operating System" for our sales leaders.
- Engineer High-Fidelity Insights: Create "Product-First" reporting. Your apps must provide immediate clarity on:
- Current State: Where are we today?
- Actionable Intelligence: What 3 things does a manager need to do right now?
- Future Outlook: Predictive forecasting for Books, Quotas, and P&L impact.
- Automate Everything: Use CLI tools and AI-generated Python scripts to automate manual data workflows. If a task is repeatable, it should be a script or an automated agent.
- Own the Infrastructure: Manage the Git workflows, service accounts, and deployment environments that keep our GTM engine running.
- Executive Strategy: Deliver deep-dives for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) during MBRs, QBRs, and critical planning cycles
