Sr Sales Executive, Uber Eats, Greece
About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive for Uber Eats in Athens, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our top SMB and Enterprise restaurant portfolio across Greece. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role where you'll identify, engage, and close partnerships with some of the most relevant and high-potential brands in the market.
You'll own your territory, drive acquisition strategy for key accounts, and directly influence how consumers experience food delivery in your city. This role is ideal for someone with a strong "Go Get It" mindset, who thrives in complex sales cycles and is excited about building a market from the ground up.

What will you do?
Own and Grow a High-Value Portfolio
1. Identify, prioritize, and acquire top SMB and Enterprise restaurant partners across Athens and Greece.
2. Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities in Salesforce.
3. Develop tailored acquisition strategies for different segments and verticals.

Drive Complex, High-Impact Deals
1. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
2. Run consultative sales processes, understanding partner needs and crafting tailored value propositions.
3. Negotiate commercial agreements with key stakeholders, balancing growth and profitability.
Launch and Scale Strategic Partners
1. Ensure seamless onboarding and successful go-live for high-impact partners.
2. Set partners up for success by aligning on growth levers (pricing, visibility, marketing).
3. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to maximize performance.
Act as a Strategic Voice of the Market
1. Bring insights on competitors, pricing, and market dynamics to shape acquisition strategy.
2. Influence internal stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
3. Help refine playbooks for SMB and Enterprise acquisition as we scale the market.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
1. Successfully onboard key SMB and Enterprise partners that materially impact the marketplace.
2. Consistently exceed high-value acquisition targets.
3. Build a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities across multiple segments.
4. Deliver strong early performance and retention for newly onboarded partners.
5. Become a trusted commercial partner internally and externally.
What will you bring?
Basic Qualifications
1. Fluency in Greek and English.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
3. Proven track record in closing complex or high-value deals.
4. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience managing a sales pipeline via CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
6. Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
7. Highly data-driven and commercially minded.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in food delivery, marketplaces, or hospitality.
2. Background in Enterprise or top SMB sales.
3. Strong understanding of local restaurant landscape in Greece.
