Sr. Sales Enablement Associate
About the Team
Our Grocery & Retail business is a global marketplace that connects customers with the retailers they rely on every day, across grocery, alcohol, home improvement, beauty, and more. As the business grows, we are investing in an enablement team member to help our commercial teams operate with clarity, consistency, and impact.
About the Role
This role sits on the Grocery & Retail Commercial Enablement team within the broader Delivery Enablement Org. The team supports sellers as they secure new selection, grow merchant relationships, and execute against evolving GTM priorities across regions. Enablement partners closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and regional leaders to turn complexity across GTM motions, systems, and tools into clear guidance that helps sellers be effective.
This is a hands-on IC role that blends program management, training, and execution. You'll work closely with your manager on priorities and direction, while independently owning programs and delivering training. The role is best suited for someone who enjoys facilitating sessions, simplifying information into seller-facing materials and guidance, and working across different sales motions. Comfort collaborating as part of a team and operating independently is key, as is curiosity about how tools and systems shape seller productivity.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Own and deliver core sales enablement programs, including onboarding and continuous learning events, from content creation through facilitation and iteration.
- Build and maintain playbooks and how-to guides that simplify how sellers work.
- Design and independently facilitate live and virtual training sessions for sellers.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and HR, to execute enablement for priority initiatives and launches.
- Use data to refine programs and measure impact.
- Maintain a calendar of enablement and training activities.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, education, customer success, or a related field.
- Experience owning and executing enablement programs and projects end to end, from scoping through delivery and iteration.
- Experience creating and facilitating training in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customer-facing teams in a B2B environment, preferably marketplace, grocery, retail, or similar industries.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments.
- Exposure to change management and large-scale launches.
- Interest in technology, AI, and tools that improve seller productivity.
- Experience working with regional or global stakeholders.
